Join us for a heart-centered journey of Yin Yoga, immersive sound healing, and sacred cacao.

The experience begins with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, using slow, long-held postures to invite the body to soften, release tension, and settle into stillness. From there, participants are guided into a restorative sound bath, where the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments create an immersive space for deep rest, inner listening, and connection.

The journey culminates in a sacred cacao ceremony, with cacao lovingly prepared by hand with prayer, intention, and reverence for ancestral Mexican traditions. Through meditation, prayer, voice, and sound, participants are invited to connect more deeply with the heart, body, spirit, and authentic self.

Together, movement, stillness, sound, and cacao create a nurturing space to soften, listen, receive, and reconnect within.
